Idaṃ nesaṃ pāṭiyekkaṃ nāmaṃ.
这是它们的各别之名。
Ñ(XXI,130): These are their individual names.
Avisesena pana tividhampetaṃ āsevanantipi parikammantipi upacārantipi anulomantipi vattuṃ vaṭṭati.
如果概括的说,则这(遍作、近行、随顺)三种都得名为习行,亦得名为遍作,近行及随顺。
Ñ: But it is admissible to call all three impulsions 'repetition' or 'preliminary-work' or 'access' or 'conformity' indiscriminately.
Kissānulomaṃ? Purimabhāgapacchimabhāgānaṃ.
对什么随顺呢?即对前分与后分(而随顺)。
Ñ: Conformity to what? To what precedes and to what follows.
Tañhi purimānaṃ aṭṭhannaṃ vipassanāñāṇānaṃ tathakiccatāya ca anulometi, upari ca sattatiṃsāya bodhipakkhiyadhammānaṃ.
因此(随顺智)如同(八观智的思惟三相的)作用,故随顺于前面的八观智,及(随顺于)后面的三十七菩提分法。
Ñ: For it conforms to the functions of truth both in the eight preceding kinds of insight knowledge and in the thirty-seven states partaking of enlightenment that follow.
