Visuddhimagga VII-86

Apica svākkhāto ayaṃ dhammo.

（法随念的修习法与功德等）此法为善说。

Ñ(VII,86): Now, in addition, this Dhamma is well proclaimed.



Kasmā?

何以故？

Ñ: Why?



Sandiṭṭhikattā.

自见故；

Ñ: Because it is visible here and now.



Sandiṭṭhiko, akālikattā.

又因无时之故为自见；

Ñ: It is visible here and now because it is not delayed.



Akāliko, ehipassikattā.

可说来见之故为无时，

Ñ: It is not delayed because it invites inspection.



Yo ca ehipassiko, so nāma opaneyyiko hotīti.

以及引导之故为来见。

Ñ: And what invites inspection is onward-leading.
